Shipping Information

Orders are typically dispatched within three business days. We utilize USPS, USP, FedEx, and DHL for shipping. If you require alternative shipping methods, please let us know.

Shipping Regulations

• A physical street address is required for delivery; we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
• There is a weight limit of 70 kg for home deliveries and 150 kg for commercial deliveries.
• The maximum allowable size for each package is 130 inches in total length and girth, with no single dimension exceeding 108 inches.

Import Duties

Lapidary Tools is not liable for any customs duties or charges that may arise from your shipment. We recommend reviewing your country’s customs policies before placing your order.

Back Orders

Occasionally, an item may be out of stock and will need to be back-ordered. You will not be charged for back-ordered items until they are shipped, and these items will be clearly marked on your order.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if you are present. If you’re not available at the time of delivery, contact us right away so we can initiate a claim. Keep all merchandise, packaging, and cartons until the claim is resolved, as we may need photos or the carrier may need to inspect the package.

Returns Policy

All products should be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you find a defect upon examination, please return the item with a brief explanation, and we will either replace it or issue a credit. If the item does not meet your expectations and is unused, it can be returned. Prior to returning, please contact us via phone or email to inform us of the return. Products cannot be returned for credit unless they are defective, not as described, or unused. When returning an item, include the invoice and the reason for the return. Please note, we do not offer refunds, and returns are not accepted after 15 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
